BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus 6+ years of Business Development or related experience Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, and deliver impact Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills Strong analytical skills and team player Exposure to B2B sales (desirable) Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs (desirable) Experience working in both U.S and LATAM (desirable) Experience with or interest in crypto and blockchain (desirable) Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (desirable)
