BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus 8+ years of Business Development or related experience Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills Strong analytical skills and team player Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese
