Business development manager (LATAM Market - Crypto/CFD Product)

1+ year of experience in business development or marketing in the Crypto/Fintech industry. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. In-depth knowledge of affiliate/influencer marketing in the industry. Good verbal and written communication skills. Passion for the cryptocurrency industry. Fluent communication in English and Spanish. Ability to work well under pressure and strong execution skills. Proficiency with Google Office suite, including spreadsheets. Possession of necessary work equipment (laptop + stable internet access).

Identify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and traders in LATAM. Promote PrimeXBT in the local market to achieve user and trading volume growth. Maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels for long-term cooperation. Execute and manage KOL marketing strategy, tracking performance and making adjustments. Stay updated on local industry developments, trends, and competitor movements. Communicate daily with colleagues and partners to track progress.
