- Own the annual IPBS marketing roadmap, aligned to global KPIs for acquisition, FTD and retention.
- Run deep-dive market intelligence on local competitors, pricing models and trader behaviour to surface untapped segments.
- Localise creative, messaging, landing pages and promotional offers so they land in Hindi, English, Urdu, Bengali and Sinhala/Tamil contexts.
- Design and lead 360 regional campaigns spanning paid digital, organic, creator/KOL, PR, offline events and partner enablement.
- Build quarterly GTM plans with clear hypotheses, channel mix, budget allocation and success metrics.
- Lead regional acquisition: act as a link with our Paid Media team in planning and rollout of PPC, Paid Social (Meta, X, YouTube), Programmatic and ASO campaigns specific to IPBS.
- Funnel optimisation: analyse the journey from first touch → registration → KYC → FTD → second deposit, and ship regional fixes to reduce drop-off.
- Manage external media agencies, PR firms, creative shops and freelance localisers across the region.
- Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, Product and Sales to ship campaigns that are both impactful and legally sound.
- Plan and execute regional participation in major expos and host VIP seminars and partner dinners for HNW clients and top affiliates.
