Requirements
- 4+ years of analytics experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) systems.
- Experience with marketing or sales analytics.
- Exposure to forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and churn modeling.
- Develop forecasting models, pipeline reporting, and predictive analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance across digital channels.
- Deliver actionable insights cross-functionally to Marketing, Sales, and Support teams.
- Validate data quality and implement reporting process improvements.
- Provide informal mentorship to Analyst I team members.
