Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in demand generation at high-growth enterprise technology or cybersecurity companies.
- Demonstrated track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering marketing-sourced revenue.
- Hands-on expertise with ABM platforms, intent-data tools, and marketing automation systems like Marketo or HubSpot.
- Deep proficiency in CRM management (Salesforce) and full-funnel attribution modeling.
- Fluency in deploying AI-powered marketing tools for campaign optimization and lead scoring.
- Experience selling into large enterprises with complex, multi-stakeholder, 6-12 month buying cycles.
- Domain expertise in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, bot management, or digital identity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards and translate pipeline data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills for executive-level reporting and cross-functional leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own and be accountable for the marketing-sourced pipeline, velocity, and conversion to closed-won revenue.
- Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine across inbound, outbound, ABM, paid media, and partner programs.
- Design and execute a metrics-driven ABM strategy targeting enterprise accounts in core industry verticals.
- Manage and evolve the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, LeanData, Demandbase, and attribution tools.
- Deploy AI-powered tools for lead scoring, intent signaling, content personalization, and outreach automation.
- Lead and develop a team spanning demand generation, content, global events, and customer marketing.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on pipeline reviews, campaign alignment, and account targeting.
- Architect a full-funnel attribution model to connect marketing spend to revenue outcomes.
