Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, account-based / sales enablement marketing, field marketing, or campaign marketing.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned to enterprise sales teams or strategic accounts.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement programs, late-stage account engagement, renewal/expansion plays, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Strong project management and campaign coordination skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Curiosity about and comfort with AI-enabled marketing tools, with an interest in using agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Champion the use of AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows to identify accounts showing buying intent, prioritize outreach, and personalize messaging at scale.
  • Pilot AI agents to support account and contact research, campaign personalization, and follow-up sequencing.
  • Execute sales enablement and late-stage engagement campaigns for accounts with active open opportunities or upcoming renewals.
  • Design and execute marketing plays that group priority accounts by vertical and industry.
  • Coordinate campaign execution within marketing operations tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to support strategic account engagement and pipeline creation.
