Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Experience in a technical or developer-focused product environment.
- Proven track record managing multiple programs or channel strategies end-to-end (email nurture, web, and paid).
- Experience building repeatable AI workflows with a demonstrable past project.
- Data fluency with Salesforce, marketing analytics, and multi-touch attribution (PLG + commercial motion).
- Experience developing and standardizing marketing playbooks or workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to frame results as business impact.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with Claude Code or n8n.
Responsibilities
- Innovate on the AI-native lifecycle marketing strategy.
- Set the standards, playbooks, and best practices other GTM programs adopt.
- Drive the next phase of Grafana's AI nurture engine, generating personalized emails at scale.
- Evolve programs over time using AI and prompt engineering to improve performance.
- Surface pipeline signals to demonstrate impact on shared outcomes across the organization.
- Form hypotheses, run experiments, and build new marketing capabilities.
