Requirements
- 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies, ideally within the cybersecurity, storage, or enterprise software industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of growth, channel, and field marketing, with the ability to develop strategies that drive business growth.
- Experience executing full-funnel marketing programs, including digital campaigns, events, partner marketing, and channel initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of distributor and VAR business models, with experience building partner ecosystems, enabling partner teams, and executing through-partner marketing campaigns.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute an integrated AMER marketing strategy that combines locally tailored programs with global campaigns into a unified go-to-market approach.
- Lead a team of regional channel and field marketers across multiple geographies, supporting the Sales and Business Development organization.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to understand target customers, partners, and go-to-market priorities, ensuring marketing plans align with regional business needs.
- Collaborate with the Global Communications, Growth Marketing, and local PR/media agencies to develop and execute impactful in-region marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Technology Alliance Partners, distributors, VARs, and service providers to expand market reach through joint marketing programs and campaigns.
- Plan and execute in-region marketing campaigns, email communications, events, webinars, and partner programs that drive partner recruitment, activation, and pipeline growth.
- Track, measure, analyze, and report on the performance and business impact of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Drive operational excellence by developing scalable processes, documentation, and enablement programs that support rapid business growth.
