Requirements

  • 5+ years of Customer Success experience, ideally managing mid-size to enterprise accounts.
  • Solid experience in legal tech with an understanding of law firm operations, compliance, and legal sector trends.
  • Proven ability to manage a smaller book of business with $10M - $20M in ARR ownership.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS industry dynamics.
  • Mastery of legal tech solutions and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in legal-specific metrics and data reporting.
  • Excellent project coordination and consultative communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and adaptability across various practice areas and firm sizes.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high adoption, retention, and expansion of Eve's suite of solutions among law firm clients.
  • Achieve 90%+ retention rates and maintain client satisfaction scores above 90%.
  • Enable law firms to fully adopt and use Eve within 90 days or less.
  • Achieve 90% case/matter utilization and increase user engagement by 90% within six months.
  • Generate 5+ annual case studies showcasing ROI and develop 3+ new product use cases yearly.
  • Provide actionable client feedback to inform product roadmap development.
