Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to an audience.
- Proven hunter's instinct with the consistency to manage high-volume activity.
- Technical aptitude with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong.
- Organizational discipline to manage pipelines, tasks, and follow-through.
- Intellectual curiosity and coachability with a desire to seek and apply feedback.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Comfort with AI-assisted prospecting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting from the ground up, including researching target accounts and identifying decision-makers.
- Execute high-volume, multi-touch outreach via phone, email, and social media to build consistent pipeline.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to develop targeted account strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Meet or exceed a quota of 12 qualified, sales-accepted opportunities per month.
- Maintain high levels of activity including 50+ dials and keep a clean pipeline with zero overdue tasks.
- Become a subject matter expert on the platform and energy management landscape.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, involving approximately 10% travel.
- Participate in regular 1:1s and call reviews with management.
