Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-activity outbound sales role, with SaaS or EdTech experience preferred.
- Proficiency in managing workflows and cadences using Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Strong skills in using active listening to engage and qualify prospects.
- Ability to conduct research to identify prospects and personalize outreach.
- Expertise in maintaining organized pipeline and CRM records.
- Clear, confident, and adaptive verbal and written communication skills.
- Growth mindset with resilience to handle rejection.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with IT leaders and K–12 educators.
- Understanding of K–12 structures, decision-making, and stakeholder roles.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume, multi-touch outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage K–12 decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on interest, urgency, and fit.
- Deliver compelling product messaging using testimonials, outcomes, and market data.
- Handle objections and tailor conversations to prospect priorities.
- Maintain clean and accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with peers and utilize coaching and data insights to continuously improve performance.
