Requirements
- Strong experience in Collections / Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for financial tracking, reconciliation, and reporting
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable handling US-based calls
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to create clear, concise, high-level reports for leadership
- Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software (preferred)
- CPA, CMA, or similar accounting certification (nice to have)
- Experience in real estate, property management, or fund administration (nice to have)
- Familiarity with US landlord-tenant laws and eviction processes (nice to have)
- Experience working with external accountants or investor reporting (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies across the full property portfolio
- Conduct follow-up calls and send notices to tenants with overdue balances
- Reconcile tenant ledgers and accounts to ensure accuracy
- Track, analyze, and report delinquency metrics and trends to leadership
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and communications
- Coordinate with property managers and legal teams when escalation is required
- Develop and improve collection workflows, policies, and follow-up processes
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and variance analysis
- Create high-level, owner-facing reports that translate raw data into actionable insights
