- Navigate intense pushback to resolve complex licensing discrepancies.
- Push through stalled communications to drive engagement forward.
- Analyze telemetry and investigation data to evaluate infringement trends.
- Build cases against unauthorized users based on investigation findings.
- Utilize open-source intelligence to develop and verify leads.
- Maintain records in CRM systems to ensure reporting and workflow efficiency.
