Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation, lead nurturing, CRM management, or a related marketing operations role.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads performance analysis and key digital marketing metrics.
- Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management, automation, and lead nurturing.
- Experience with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
- Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps–50 Mbps.
- Updated computer system running Windows 10 or later, or macOS Monterey (12.0) or later.
- Quiet workspace with a reliable headset and webcam.
- Backup solution available for power outages or internet disruptions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Meta Ads performance metrics like CPL, CTR, and LTV to identify optimization opportunities.
- Manage inbound lead nurturing processes within the CRM to guide prospects toward booking appointments.
- Contact new leads promptly after inquiry submission to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain SMS and email automation workflows for various prospect and client touchpoints.
- Create and refine email nurture sequences to strengthen client engagement and retention.
- Develop SMS campaigns for promotions, announcements, and client communication.
- Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes.
