Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification; MBA is considered a plus.
- 12+ years of post-university professional experience.
- Experience in strategy, business analysis, transformation, or consulting-related roles.
- Background in top-tier consulting, private equity, investment banking, or similar analytical environments is preferred.
- Exposure to the energy, oil and gas, mobility, retail, or convenience sectors is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support complex projects.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical approaches, and deliver clear recommendations.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, including financial analysis, market research, and data interpretation.
- Ability to create concise and impactful presentations for senior leadership audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple functions and stakeholder groups.
- Good understanding of business transformation, continuous improvement, and commercial strategy concepts.
- Ability to work during the 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift.
Responsibilities
- Support strategy development through structured analysis, research, insight generation, and evaluation of strategic opportunities.
- Assist in delivering transformation initiatives by coordinating workstreams, tracking milestones, and ensuring high-quality execution.
- Conduct market, customer, competitor, financial, and regulatory analyses to support business recommendations.
- Break down complex business challenges into structured components, develop hypotheses, gather insights, and prepare data-driven recommendations.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, including roadmaps, performance tracking, and implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Finance, Digital, Policy, and Sustainability to align initiatives and validate assumptions.
- Develop executive presentations, briefing materials, and strategic narratives for leadership discussions and stakeholder engagements.
- Support business case development, investment proposals, financial analysis, and value assessments by documenting assumptions and identifying key drivers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help strengthen transformation capabilities across the organization.
