- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working with digital tools and technology platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Adaptable, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Hands-on experience with Go HighLevel administration or platform management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, finance, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work the 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support mortgage loan processing activities by preparing, reviewing, and coordinating loan documentation throughout the lending lifecycle.
- Create complete loan submission packages for underwriting teams, ensuring all required documents and information are accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Review loan applications and supporting documentation to identify missing information, errors, discrepancies, or compliance issues before underwriting.
- Collect and verify documentation from third-party vendors, including homeowner insurance, title, verification of employment, payoff statements, and other required records.
- Ensure mortgage disclosures are complete, properly signed, accurately dated, and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with processors, underwriters, internal teams, and external stakeholders to resolve documentation issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records, support post-closing activities including audits and file processing, and ensure documentation standards are consistently met.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and recommend solutions that enhance team productivity and service quality.
