Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a related role, ideally in an EOR or PEO environment.
  • Understanding of global employment regulations, compliance standards, and HR documentation best practices.
  • Professional proficiency in English; native Polish is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with HR software, CRM systems, HubSpot, and Confluence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing client and employee interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Customer service orientation with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end global onboarding, including information verification, form completion, and payroll/benefits setup.
  • Draft and amend employment contracts using in-house templates and coordinate reviews with Legal and clients.
  • Act as a primary liaison for international clients, providing ongoing advisory services.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documentation is accurately completed, filed, and maintained.
  • Communicate onboarding processes and timelines clearly to clients and employees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including client success, sales, payroll, finance, and legal.
  • Continuously improve onboarding workflows and systems to enhance efficiency.
