Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a related role, ideally in an EOR or PEO environment.
- Understanding of global employment regulations, compliance standards, and HR documentation best practices.
- Professional proficiency in English; native Polish is a plus.
- Strong proficiency with HR software, CRM systems, HubSpot, and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing client and employee interactions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for handling multiple processes simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Customer service orientation with an ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end global onboarding, including information verification, form completion, and payroll/benefits setup.
- Draft and amend employment contracts using in-house templates and coordinate reviews with Legal and clients.
- Act as a primary liaison for international clients, providing ongoing advisory services.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documentation is accurately completed, filed, and maintained.
- Communicate onboarding processes and timelines clearly to clients and employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams including client success, sales, payroll, finance, and legal.
- Continuously improve onboarding workflows and systems to enhance efficiency.
