Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, people operations, HR operations, or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment contracts and legally binding HR documentation
  • Experience managing onboarding or employee lifecycle processes with strict deadlines and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace, or similar platforms
  • Strong communication skills in English, with excellent written clarity and documentation ability
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience managing data accuracy, reporting, and knowledge/content management systems
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with exposure to automation or AI-enabled workflows considered a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding operations, including employment documentation, verification, and preparation of compliant onboarding packages
  • Ensure timely execution of onboarding processes while responding to employee and stakeholder queries with clarity and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with teams such as Payroll, Mobility, Benefits, and Lifecycle to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee data, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards
  • Support audits, reporting, and data quality initiatives to strengthen operational reliability
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance onboarding efficiency and scalability
