Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in technical operations, automation engineering, revenue operations, or software development.
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Experience with language model APIs such as Claude or OpenAI.
- Proficiency with CRM systems including HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Comfort working with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks.
- Strong understanding of API integration patterns across business systems.
- Ability to decompose cross-functional processes into automatable components.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain AI agent workflows using Claude API and n8n for go-to-market processes.
- Deploy autonomous agents for sales intelligence, customer health scoring, and partner activation.
- Engineer automation for the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition through renewal.
- Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Gong, Pendo, EverAfter, and Snowflake.
- Stand up marketing attribution and pipeline reporting for leadership.
- Lead internal documentation, training, and process playbooks for operational scaling.
