Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Operations.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company with a PLG motion layered with enterprise sales.
- Proven track record in building sales operations core processes like annual planning, forecasting, and pipeline management from the ground up.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in an agile, fast-moving environment.
- Builder mentality with strong documentation skills.
- Experience supporting usage-based or consumption pricing models (nice-to-have).
- Background at a developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud company (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Build and manage weekly forecast processes including pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, and deal inspection cadence.
- Develop metrics dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time views of pipeline health, win rates, and efficiency.
- Scale outbound sales motions by building integrated tooling with Clay, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms.
- Define strategic priorities and execute on building the core Revenue Operations function.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, Biz Ops, and Product teams.
