- Set and execute a multi-year talent strategy that delivers hiring velocity and quality at scale.
- Own workforce planning and forecasting in partnership with finance and executive leadership.
- Build and evolve the recruiting systems, processes, and tooling that support predictable and proactive hiring.
- Lead and develop a recruiting team of managers, ICs, and coordinators, establishing clear performance standards.
- Set and protect the hiring bar across all functions, ensuring calibration is consistent.
- Partner closely with functional leaders across EPD, GTM, and G&A to align on priorities.
- Ensure hiring performance is measurable and visible to the recruiting team and executive team.
- Represent the talent function at the executive level with clarity and credibility.
