  • Own workforce planning and forecasting in partnership with finance and executive leadership.

  • Lead and develop a recruiting team of managers, ICs, and coordinators, establishing clear performance standards.
  • Set and protect the hiring bar across all functions, ensuring calibration is consistent.
  • Partner closely with functional leaders across EPD, GTM, and G&A to align on priorities.
  • Ensure hiring performance is measurable and visible to the recruiting team and executive team.
