- Experience in an Agile development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a tax specialization or related field (MST/MBA preferred).
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on tax reporting accuracy.
- Report to the Chief Technology & Product Officer and lead the product development team, including product managers and analysts.
- Lead the product development lifecycle for tax-related features and enhancements from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish vision and direction for products.
- Connect with client leaders to validate product direction.
- Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations through team of tax analysts.
- Maintain tax-related documentation and stay updated on tax laws.
- Work with sales and support teams to address customer feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product management best practices.
