Requirements:

15+ years of experience in product management or tax transformation with software development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the product development lifecycle for tax-related features and enhancements from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish vision and direction for products.
Connect with client leaders to validate product direction.
Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback and market trends.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations through team of tax analysts.
Maintain tax-related documentation and stay updated on tax laws.
Work with sales and support teams to address customer feedback.
Stay informed about industry trends and product management best practices.
