Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing operations experience in a SaaS environment.
- Deep HubSpot expertise.
- Experience with the HubSpot-Salesforce integration and Salesforce administration.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Experience across a marketing and GTM tech stack (e.g., Clay).
- Knowledge of enterprise SaaS demand generation processes and lead handoff cycles.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ability to translate technical operational details into actionable language for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing automation administration end-to-end in HubSpot.
- Drive data integrity and hygiene through list uploads, deduplication, enrichment, and cleansing.
- Manage lead flow and the HubSpot-Salesforce sync to ensure timely record delivery.
- Execute campaign setup, including workflows, list segmentation, and downstream attribution verification.
- Serve as the first point of contact for marketing technology and data issues, performing root cause investigation.
- Maintain audit dashboards, document core processes, and identify automation opportunities.
