Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role collaborating with engineers, designers, and operations experts.
  • 2+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using customer insights, product metrics, and data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer experience initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Customer Management, Marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver product enhancements.
  • Research and analyze customer needs, feedback, and market insights to identify product opportunities.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to measure and improve product performance.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories for technical and business teams.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch, managing risks and tradeoffs.
