- Lead or support strategic consultant and employer meetings to explain solution value and integration.
- Convert opportunities into solution adoption through education.
- Serve as the escalation point for technical and clinical questions.
- Deliver internal and external training to increase Account Manager knowledge.
- Identify implementation risks through oversight and reporting.
- Partner with Product to define vendor support needs and engagement tools.
- Act as a bridge between the field, Product, Clinical, and vendor partners.
