Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded, or stop-loss market.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
- Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, educate, and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors.
- Assist consultants in identifying and educating prospective employers.
- Achieve mastery of Pareto’s cost containment programs for use with consultants and prospective employers.
- Develop strong relationships with members of underwriting, market development, and marketing teams.
- Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs.
- Create and execute a regional sales plan to support sales goals.
