Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded, or stop-loss market.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, educate, and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors.
  • Assist consultants in identifying and educating prospective employers.
  • Achieve mastery of Pareto’s cost containment programs for use with consultants and prospective employers.
  • Develop strong relationships with members of underwriting, market development, and marketing teams.
  • Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs.
  • Create and execute a regional sales plan to support sales goals.
