- Independently lead a mid-market book of business of approximately 40 logos.
- Own key customer outcomes including product adoption, utilization, and net dollar retention.
- Build consultative relationships with customer champions and buyers.
- Advise customers on benefit strategy optimization and product best practices.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Product Solution Consultants.
- Lead the expansion sales and renewal process for designated accounts.
- Conduct customer business reviews highlighting value proposition and ROI.
- Mentor junior team members and develop internal training tools.
- Contribute to team process improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
