Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, including financial, analytical and/or other related business field; investment banking, consulting, healthcare, and/or SaaS experience preferred

Responsibilities:
  • Actively support key functions within the Finance department, including the annual planning and budgeting process and subsequent forecast updates
  • Maintain long-range financial model to assist with business strategic planning and long-term goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Analyze financial data to formulate forecasts, profit and loss accounts, financial models and variance analysis for different programs within the organization or for the company as a whole to aid in decision making
  • Manage the preparation of monthly financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including providing variance analysis and commentary
  • Assist with preparation of board and investor materials
  • Lead ad hoc financial projects, such as profitability, pricing, ROI, and buy vs. build analysis; summarize findings and provide recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather planning inputs, track performance, and drive expense management
