- Interface with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements for TSOM, CSM, TI, FSM, OSS, and BSS implementations.
- Customize ServiceNow applications, including configuration of UI, workflows, and business logic.
- Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications using REST/SOAP web services.
- Interact with technical SMEs to gather environment information for service maps and event management.
- Reflect impact assessment rules within service maps and validate them with stakeholders.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for maps, impact rules, and event management work.
- Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments.
- Remediate production incidents related to the implementation scope.
- Maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk.
