Administer 401(k) and retirement programs, including enrollments, contributions, and audit support.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, ADA, FMLA, and COBRA.
Oversee leave administration programs to ensure compliance and positive employee experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
Support HRIS-related initiatives and system integrations, specifically with ADP.
Conduct compliance audits and manage regulatory filings and documentation.
