Requirements:
- 8-12 years of business-related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management, with experience in Agile Project Management principles.
- Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and detailing schedule reports.
- Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation to execution ensuring adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
- Experience leading and motivating a team.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and with ambiguity and change.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Define project scope and objectives and communication plans.
- Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage.
- Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
- Assign resources, timelines and schedule for assigned projects.
- Facilitate crew and customer meetings.
- Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
- Mitigate risks and dependencies.
- Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.
- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects.
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Ensure quality control standards.
- Measure and report team progress.
