Requirements:

• 8-12 years of business-related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management, with experience in Agile Project Management principles.
• Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring project progress, and detailing schedule reports.
• Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from initiation to execution ensuring adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
• Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risk.
• Experience leading and motivating a team.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
• Define project scope and objectives and communication plans.
• Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage.
• Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
• Assign resources, timelines and schedule for assigned projects.
• Facilitate crew and customer meetings.
• Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
• Mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.
• Develop or update project plans for information technology projects.
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects.
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Ensure quality control standards.
• Measure and report team progress.
