- Restaurant management and/or sales experience are highly preferred.
- You have well-honed discovery skills; asking questions and relating concepts to your prospects in impactful ways
- You have outstanding negotiating skills that help drive business value during sales engagements.
- You are highly analytical, with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
- You are skilled at communicating new points of view to customers that reframe and challenge the way they view their business.
- You are proficient in the use of Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
- Identify and approach prospective restaurant customers with whom to conduct customised product demos, with the aim of selling OpenTable products
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
- Champion and build upon existing high-level relationships to serve as a trusted adviser to our marketβs client base.
- Use Salesforce to develop and complete strategic plans, build reliable forecasts and process contracts.
- Understand and adapt to ongoing product and technology development to generate business plans to define selling strategies and tactics. Listen to the needs of the market and share with the Product and Marketing teams.
- Be visible in and amongst the hospitality industry through networking, events and consistent engagement.
