Requirements:

• 8-12 years of IT services experience and proven business architecture experience.
• Minimum 4 years of work experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Expert level proficiency with ITOM/CMDB product line.
• Experience implementing integrations with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB processes including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and more.
• Experience with integration technologies such as SSO, SAML, LDAP, and various web services.
• Proficient in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using various languages and methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to assess customer needs.
• Thrives in strategic planning and resource allocation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM project solutions.
• Define technical solutions that align with client's business requirements.
• Manage application development processes including design, coding, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to the creation of customized ITOM and ITSM ServiceNow applications.
• Conduct requirements analysis and customer workshops to capture technical designs.
• Collaborate on delivery plans based on customer needs and budget.
• Research industry impact and propose product enhancements.
• Provide engineering teams with architectural requirements.
• Assist in pre-sales activities and provide proof of value for prospects.
