Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of related field sales experience selling directly into benefit broker partners.
- Broad, deep relationships within the broker community.
- Assertive self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales and revenue goals.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees) is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Build a territory and drive sales cycles within the employee benefits broker community.
- Formulate and execute strategies to maximize sales growth and generate revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales quotas and activity metrics.
- Develop and foster new broker relationships.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive results.
