Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded or stop-loss market.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications.
  • Strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, educate and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors.
  • Assist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employers.
  • Mastery of Pareto's cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employers.
  • Develop strong relationships with underwriting, market development, and marketing teams.
  • Drive understanding of large and complex risk management programs.
  • Create and execute a regional sales plan supporting the successful execution of sales goals.
