Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation.
  • 4+ years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration.
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Direct experience working within a publicly traded company.
  • Familiarity with equity-administration platforms such as E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, or Carta.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and redefine short- and long-term incentive and equity plans.
  • Perform market analyses of company roles to determine competitive pay positioning.
  • Model and analyze compensation-plan designs to develop and recommend options.
  • Lead compensation plan administration and participant communication strategies.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance departments to ensure effective program implementation.
  • Prepare compensation-related materials for the Board of Directors Compensation Committee.
