Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation.
- 4+ years of direct experience in short- and long-term incentive plan administration.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
- Direct experience working within a publicly traded company.
- Familiarity with equity-administration platforms such as E*TRADE, Solium/Shareworks, or Carta.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, complex modeling).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and redefine short- and long-term incentive and equity plans.
- Perform market analyses of company roles to determine competitive pay positioning.
- Model and analyze compensation-plan designs to develop and recommend options.
- Lead compensation plan administration and participant communication strategies.
- Partner with Legal and Finance departments to ensure effective program implementation.
- Prepare compensation-related materials for the Board of Directors Compensation Committee.
