Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • At least 2 years dedicated specifically to recruiting technical roles (e.g., software developers, cloud architects, product managers).
  • Ability to screen and vet candidates for modern tech stacks (e.g., AWS, Python, JavaScript, React).
  • Experience executing equitable sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse Recruiting.
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of active concurrent recruitments.
  • Excellent consultative and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of technical requisitions, including software engineering, cloud systems, product management, and corporate IT.
  • Devise and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using developer networks and technical databases.
  • Lead alignment kickoffs with hiring managers to clarify technical requirements and design evaluation matrices.
  • Ensure a responsive candidate experience and guide candidates through assessment steps.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate structured technical screening tools within the Greenhouse Recruiting workflow.
  • Maintain compliance with EEOC, OFCCP, and internal organizational processes.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and minimizing bias in evaluations.
