Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles.
  • Experience selling software solutions in a complex, enterprise sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of success consistently exceeding six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers.
  • Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover buyer motivations.
  • Exceptional executive presence with comfort presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency with standard SaaS sales tools (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator).
  • Must be located near a major airport for travel.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
  • Research, identify, and qualify new business prospects.
  • Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle including qualification, discovery, presentations, demos, and contract negotiations.
  • Identify and present a compelling case for change through storytelling and consultative conversations.
  • Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and lead solution discussions.
  • Manage and document pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions and industry events.
