Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles.
- Experience selling software solutions in a complex, enterprise sales environment.
- Demonstrable track record of success consistently exceeding six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and multiple decision-makers.
- Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business.
- Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover buyer motivations.
- Exceptional executive presence with comfort presenting to C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with standard SaaS sales tools (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator).
- Must be located near a major airport for travel.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute the sales strategy for your territory within the F1000 landscape.
- Research, identify, and qualify new business prospects.
- Develop and sustain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee the full sales cycle including qualification, discovery, presentations, demos, and contract negotiations.
- Identify and present a compelling case for change through storytelling and consultative conversations.
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and lead solution discussions.
- Manage and document pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
- Represent Ontic as a domain and product expert at client interactions and industry events.
