- Own the integrations product roadmap, prioritizing connectors and platform capabilities by customer value, ARR impact, and scalability.
- Define and maintain API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards.
- Partner with the Integrations Architect to evolve integration frameworks and the marketplace, including the experience from configuration to monitoring.
- Benchmark competing products and technologies for developer experience, speed, and reliability.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Field, and GTM teams to turn customer and market needs into product requirements.
- Work with GTM and Customer Success to package, price, and position integrations.
- Improve integration configuration, documentation, and self-service capabilities for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve integrations using AI-enabled workflows, agentic experiences, and conversational AI frameworks.
- Define and track integration success metrics and use data to inform roadmap and investment decisions.
- Represent customer needs in the integrations roadmap as customer ecosystems and technology trends evolve.
