- Own and deliver regional revenue targets across new logo and expansion business.
- Drive consistent execution of enterprise sales methodology across a team of five Enterprise Account Executives.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting.
- Personally engage in strategic accounts and high-value opportunities to accelerate deal progression.
- Partner with the SVP of Sales to establish metrics, performance standards, and best practices.
- Represent Ontic in the region through executive meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.
