Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- At least 2 years in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or product marketing.
- Experience marketing alongside enterprise ISV/platform partners (e.g., Workday, SAP).
- Experience with consulting, sub-license, or referral partner models (e.g., Mercer, PwC).
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional relationships.
- Strong written communication skills and an instinct for clear, accurate product messaging.
- Executive presence with comfort operating with senior stakeholders (VP+).
- Sharp eye for visual and brand detail.
- Experience creating co-branded content and managing asset libraries.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day marketing relationship with Syndio's strategic partner portfolio.
- Build and maintain trusted working relationships with partner marketing counterparts.
- Represent marketing in planning calls, quarterly business reviews, and co-marketing syncs.
- Lead end-to-end partner launch projects including marketplace listings, seller enablement, and events.
- Develop and manage a co-marketing hub for joint messaging, assets, and campaign materials.
- Create co-branded assets such as one-pagers, solution briefs, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with revenue marketing on joint customer overlap, GTM plays, and outbound sequences.
- Audit and maintain product marketing accuracy across the partner ecosystem.
