  • Experience creating sales enablement materials.
  • Ability to own execution independently from strategy through measurement.
  • Analytical mindset for defining goals and tracking performance.
  • Ability to position AI-powered products focused on real customer value.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience marketing to general contractors or project owners.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with construction scheduling workflows or tools like Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle to integrate market insights into feature development.
  • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches including communications, documentation, and collateral.
  • Develop strategies to increase product adoption and engagement through the customer journey.
  • Own competitive intelligence initiatives and turn insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Create sales enablement materials such as battle cards, demo narratives, and training resources.
  • Maintain consistent product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on pricing, packaging, and broader product strategy.
  • Measure product marketing performance and iterate on strategies based on results.
