Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of products from concept to launch.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Strong discovery instincts with experience conducting direct customer research.
  • Experience working with hardware-enabled, sensor-based, or complex multi-surface products.
  • Demonstrated systematic use of AI tools to enhance speed, quality, and workflow efficiency.
  • Proven track record of data-backed decision-making resulting in measurable customer or business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and coaching other product managers is preferred.
  • Background in senior living, health tech, or regulated safety-critical environments is a plus.
  • Experience with hardware-enabled AI or computer vision products is a plus.
  • Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the strategy and roadmap for Inspiren's approach to the independent living market.
  • Conduct customer discovery and validation, including direct research with operators and residents.
  • Build prototypes and run experiments using AI to validate concepts before full-scale development.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from 0 to 1, including launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, and Clinical Success teams to execute product bets.
  • Partner with the Head of Product to explore and evaluate future market segments and use cases.
  • Communicate product status, risks, and decision requirements to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor product managers to develop product judgment and execution skills.
