5 years of experience in product management, ideally within EdTech, SaaS, consumer tech, or a complex B2B2C environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and direct experience.
Proven track record of shipping features from concept to launch and iterating based on feedback.
Strong analytical skills.
Deep understanding of Agile environments, sprint cycles, user story mapping, and discovery techniques.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Empathy-first mindset regarding challenges faced by educators.
Advanced degree preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Experience with bilingual education and/or English language development preferred.

Own a product area by defining 6-12 month roadmaps and balancing feature development with user requests.
Represent users throughout the product development process to pinpoint gaps and enhance engagement.
Monitor market intelligence, competitive programs, and emerging trends.
Translate leadership vision into actionable initiatives, quarterly plans, and OKRs.
Lead cross-functional teams of Curriculum Specialists, designers, developers, and scientists.
Manage end-to-end product delivery from ideation and requirements gathering to launch.
Lead product development practices and resolve team blockers promptly.
Identify and implement AI solutions to improve teacher effectiveness and student engagement.
Communicate status, trade-offs, and timelines clearly to stakeholders.
