Requirements
- Experience leading and growing high-performing software engineering teams.
- Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing engineers into technical leaders.
- Strong background in building AI infrastructure or AI-powered products using LLMs or AI agents.
- Experience with distributed systems or developer platforms.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS AI products where quality, trust, and scalability are critical.
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong product and platform mindset.
- Technical expertise in architecture, design, and code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of AI and software engineers.
- Own the execution and delivery of the AI Platform roadmap, balancing product impact with long-term platform investments.
- Partner with Product, Applied AI, and Data Science leaders to define and improve AI quality metrics and evaluation across Lattice.
- Develop AI evaluation infrastructure, quality metrics, experimentation capabilities, and developer tooling.
- Drive technical decisions that improve the scalability, reliability, and adoption of the AI Platform.
- Build cross-functional partnerships to establish AI evaluations as a foundational capability.
