Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience selling to the U.S. Federal Government.
  • Proven record of creating new business opportunities and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue objectives.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and budgeting cycles.
  • Experience leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience developing executive relationships across government agencies and Federal System Integrators.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams from qualification through award.
  • Strong consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, and account planning skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer mission priorities.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities through prospecting and partner development.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by identifying whitespace opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, solution architecture, and project management.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and CRM accuracy.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and business insights to sales leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with government executives, program managers, and acquisition professionals.
