Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise technology sales experience selling to the U.S. Federal Government.
- Proven record of creating new business opportunities and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of Federal acquisition processes, contract vehicles, and budgeting cycles.
- Experience leading complex enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience developing executive relationships across government agencies and Federal System Integrators.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams from qualification through award.
- Strong consultative selling, executive communication, negotiation, and account planning skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer mission priorities.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities through prospecting and partner development.
- Expand existing customer relationships by identifying whitespace opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, solution architecture, and project management.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined opportunity management and CRM accuracy.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and business insights to sales leadership.
- Build trusted relationships with government executives, program managers, and acquisition professionals.
