  • 1-2 years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership through coaching/mentoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage complex projects.
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems like HubSpot.
  • Understanding of customer service metrics.
  • Reliability in meeting project goals and commitments.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal manager support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a cohort of Account Operations staff members.
  • Lead team members through complex judgment calls and time-sensitive issues.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor long-term projects regarding systems and processes.
  • Recover funds from organizations with negative balances due to refunds.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Account Operations issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of staff members.
