Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a support environment OR 3+ years of experience in Account Operations.
- 1-2 years of people management experience or demonstrated leadership through coaching/mentoring.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and manage complex projects.
- Experience working with support ticketing systems like HubSpot.
- Understanding of customer service metrics.
- Reliability in meeting project goals and commitments.
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- Ability to work independently with minimal manager support.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a cohort of Account Operations staff members.
- Lead team members through complex judgment calls and time-sensitive issues.
- Plan, execute, and monitor long-term projects regarding systems and processes.
- Recover funds from organizations with negative balances due to refunds.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex Account Operations issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding of staff members.
