Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Partnerships, referral marketing, or channel sales.
  • Domain expertise working at or with an ISV, database company, or within an app marketplace ecosystem.
  • Understanding of how developers evaluate and adopt infrastructure tooling.
  • Proven track record of driving co-marketing, co-sell, and referral campaigns with clear attribution tracking.
  • Ability to work autonomously, run processes, and represent the company externally.
  • Proficiency in managing operational systems, workflows, and data hygiene.
  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) motions and usage-based triggers is a plus.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment is preferred.
  • Experience building side projects or prototypes using Supabase and AI-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Run the long-tail partner pipeline autonomously by following up, qualifying, and nurturing leads.
  • Manage partners post-onboarding through co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, and account mapping.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of partners and represent Supabase externally.
  • Proactively identify trends in the developer ecosystem to flag new partnership opportunities.
  • Own and extend the partner program's operational backbone, including intake, onboarding, and billing workflows.
  • Maintain clean data hygiene across partner records, agreements, and revenue attribution.
  • Utilize internal tools including Supabase, Notion, AI-assisted workflows, and no-code automation platforms.
