Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience working at a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise with Asana, Monday, Notion, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar project management platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence teams without direct authority.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end launch timelines for product launches and key marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate launch kickoffs and maintain comprehensive project plans.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Creative, Growth, Brand, Influencer, Social, Product, Operations, Merchandising, and CX.
  • Ensure launch readiness across all channels, including Shopify, App, and TikTok Shops.
  • Maintain an integrated marketing and product development calendar.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies while surfacing risks early.
  • Build scalable workflows, operating procedures, and project documentation.
  • Provide status updates to leadership and create post-mortem launch recaps.
