Requirements
- Proven success in a similar account management role.
- Prior experience collaborating closely with teammates in a remote work environment.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue-based targets.
- Experience in a technology/SaaS organization or related context, working with a high volume of B2B relationships.
- Committed to sustainability as evidenced by professional or life experience.
- Enthusiastic about fast-paced environments and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet account growth targets for both revenue and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of client accounts, fostering deeper relationships.
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and reliably forecast revenue on a weekly basis, including renewals and upsells.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and process improvement of the Named Accounts program.
- Develop deep working relationships with Product and Partnerships teams to integrate new offerings.
